This should bear the solicitors signature and official stamp.<\/li>\n<li>Parental consent in form of legal documents for persons below twenty-one (21) years of&nbsp;age.<\/li>\n<li>Residency in Kenya for at least twenty-one days. If this is not possible, a Special Licence could be obtained beforehand by contacting the registrar\u2019s office in Kenya.<\/li>\n<li>All documents should be officially translated and authenticated at the legalization office of the procurator\/ Prefecture. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>All documents have to certified by the Kenya Embassy Rome for purposes of use &nbsp;in Kenya.
